Dear clients & friends,

  With an abundance of caution and concern for our employees, clients and friends we are enacting temporary measures to limit our person-to-person contact at each of our locations until further notice.  We will be continuing to provide the quality of services you deserve, while safeguarding our staff, clients and friends. 

  EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, We are taking the following steps to protect the health of our employees, clients and friends:

  1. No person-to-person client meetings (we can meet via telephone or email)
  2. Clients can continue to drop-off documents or payments at either location.  There is a drop box or mail slot located next to our main doors.
  3. We will have our office staffed from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday or until we are instructed otherwise by the Ohio Department of Health.
  4. Our staff will be rotating working from home versus working from our office and all staff will be available.
